How to Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your Incito account, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your Incito account.
- Use "DELETE ACCOUNT" as the email subject line.
- In the body of the email, you may optionally include the reason for your deletion request.
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within a reasonable time frame.
What Happens After Deletion
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted 15 days after we receive your request. During this 15-day period you can contact us to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
Once the deletion is processed:
- Your profile and account details will be permanently removed
- Your activity history and participation records will be deleted
- Photos and videos you uploaded will be removed from group activities
- You will be removed from all groups you are a member of
- Any groups where you are the sole admin will be deleted
Data That May Be Retained
In some cases, we may retain limited information even after account deletion:
- Data required to comply with legal obligations
- Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer be linked to you
