By accessing or using the Incito application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Incito is a group management application designed for cycling, running, hiking, and other activity groups. The Service allows users to create and manage groups, schedule activities, share photos and videos, and connect with other group members.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
4. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload malicious software or content designed to disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent
- Collect or harvest other users' personal information without their consent
5. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or share through the Service ("User Content"), including photos, videos, and text.
Licence
By uploading User Content, you grant Incito a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. This licence ends when you delete your content or your account.
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or that we reasonably consider to be harmful, without prior notice.
6. Group Management
Group administrators are responsible for managing their groups, including setting group rules, approving members, and moderating content within their groups. Incito is not responsible for the actions of group administrators or the content posted within groups.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as Strava). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Incito is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The Incito name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Incito. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Incito and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by following the instructions on our account deletion page.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Incito operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
